Good news: the home charging reimbursements have been corrected and paid out.

The transition from Shell Recharge Solutions to 50five was a large and technically complex operation, during which more than 100,000 charging points across Europe were transferred to our platform in a short period of time. For a small number of customers, something went wrong during this transition, which meant that home charging reimbursements were not processed correctly.

We have now resolved the cause, and the missed reimbursements have been paid out.

We are pleased that this has now been completed and would like to thank all our customers for their patience and trust in 50five.
